1. Family Concept

2. Concept School

a) the form of traditional school

3. Family Relations with Schools

a. School as a teacher of a society of children:

b. School as a center of community life and action for people of all ages and classes:

While the characteristics of public schools according to Olsen is as follows:

a. Schools that improve local life. With the school, the people in the community become a better human being, physically, emotionally, socially and materially.

b. The school uses the community as a laboratory for learning. School here is not just limited to the four walls of the classroom, but must open the door to a reciprocal relationship with the community.

d. School makes curriculum based on the processes and problems, problems in society.

e. Schools include parents in school affairs.

E. Conclusion

While schools are the institutions in the community that has a function as a cultural and moral transformation in life. Thus the family will be social change in a positive direction for the administration to perpetuate the community's life. With mutual relationship both from families and schools it will form a strong community of cultural, economic, social and religious.
